J. F. Hales and Associates, Inc. is a Veteran-Owned Small
Business conceived and established in 2005 and incorporated with the State of Florida in January 2006. Initially
focused on directly providing Proposal Management, Training Services, Support and Staffing, we are placing increasing emphasis on
meeting a variety of specialized support and training requirements of an expanding range of Government and commercial
customers - primarily in the Aerospace, Defense and Law Enforcement fields. The company prides itself on its
ability to provide solutions to customer requirements implemented by highly experienced instructors and consultants who are
truly expert in their fields.
In 2006, 100% of the proposals that J.
F. Hales and Associates managed or supported were "winners" resulting in contracts valued at more than $340
million being awarded to our customers.

Again, in 2007, 100% of the proposals managed and supported were
successful, resulting in contracts valued at more than $500 million for our customers.
In 2008, we have
expanded into Law Enforcement training and have begun offering training on a growing list of specialized topics that are conducted
by highly experienced Subject Matter Expert/Instructors, each with more than twenty years of experience in their
fields. We have also been engaged by a major defense contractor to provide Proposal Management services for a proposal
for a large, multi-year aircrew training system support and simulator contract.
